HYBRID WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY
You might wonder what hybrid photography is. It simply means that I work using both Digital & Film to capture your wedding, utilising the benefits that both have to offer.
I’m primarily a film photographer, so why bring digital into the picture? Your wedding is one of life’s biggest milestones, and I understand how important it is to document it not only creatively, but also reliably. Digital photography brings practicality, security, and speed, allowing me to capture fast-moving moments, while film serves as the artistic backbone of the day.
I believe in making high-quality analog photography accessible, with films' added expenses; the film rolls, developing, and scanning, shooting hybrid gives you the best of both worlds: digital’s reliability and film's artistic richness.
On the day, I’ll have 2–3 cameras strapped around me: a digital, a 35mm film camera, and a medium format always nearby. And sometimes even a fourth camera in my bag.
