MY ROOTS
I was born in Ibiza and raised in London which gifted me fluency in English & Spanish and an appreciation for my two cultures.
The Balearics have been home to my family since the1960s when my grandparents moved to Formentera, married in Mallorca, and then raised their kids in Ibiza. I also have roots in Seville, Sussex and Johannesburg, making me one of many international, Ibicenco babies. I permanently moved back to Ibiza with my partner in 2016.
I've been a creative and sensitive person since I was a child, quietly observing my surroundings and finding joy in the simple moments; a butterfly landing on a flower, an elderly couple dancing on their porch. Some might say I am an expert people watcher.

MY PHOTOGRAPHY STORY
I fell in love with film photography at 16 when I first saw the magical process that takes place in the darkroom. Since then I have been almost entirely self-taught.
After years of experimenting with various techniques, I confidently work with a combination of Digital & Film, using 35mm & medium format cameras to get the best results out of each photographic story.
I have over 10 years of professional experience honing my craft, 8 of those years working as a wedding photographer with Gypsy Westwood Weddings.
Today, I proudly specialise in Weddings & Motherhood which aligns with my sensitivity for intimate moments. My work is consistently entwined with my artistic world, where I explore themes of vulnerability and connection.

It's deeply rewarding seeing the images I create with my clients published on PhotoVogue.
WHY ON FILM?
I choose to work with film for many reasons. Its impact on the way I shoot, the authentic quality that it gives, the warm tones and the joy that it brings me.
Film has a nostalgia that we can all connect with, it allows us to jump back in time as though we are looking through our grandparent's photo albums, holding the actual photographs in our hands.
You’ll notice that film photos have a soft and grainy quality, with a true colour palette that is impossible to mimic. A classic aesthetic that feels both organic and emotionally rich. And then there is that je ne sais quoi, a hard-to-pin-point feeling, it’s what I call the magic of film.
Specialising in film photography with a decade's worth of experience has gifted me a technical expertise that is invaluable; understanding composition, working precisely in different lighting conditions and knowing exactly when to press the shutter before a fleeting moment.

WORKING WITH ME
I like to keep my motherhood sessions laid back and intimate. My nature is very calm which seeps into the photoshoot experience. It should feel like you’re hanging out with a new friend. Shooting on film means we’ll take our time to carefully craft each frame, focusing on enjoying the gentle process.
Having me as your wedding photographer is similarly easeful, just add a whole lot of wedding day romance and fun! I stay quietly in the background, letting the day unfold as it actually happens, so you can be fully present with the people you love. I’m there for the big, emotional moments, but I’m just as drawn to the quieter ones; the kind you don’t notice at the time, but end up meaning the most when you look back.
Tying my professional and artistic worlds together creates a unique blend of documentary storytelling and visual intimacy, where real moments become works of art.

Parallel to my commissioned work, my artistic career has seen me exhibited and published on various platforms including PhotoVogue, Ilford Photo and ImageNation Paris to name a few. My debut book 'Fault Lines: A Collection of Contemporary Poetry and Photography' was published in April 2020. In 2023, I was named as one of Artpil's 30 under 30 Women Photographers and received an Analog Sparks bronze award for my photo 'Here, Where we Exist IV'.
